In 2000, Todd Bergstrom and Bill Fowler founded Mesa Networks and the company proceeded to build one of the largest wireless networks in North America. With 130 towers, it covered 4,500 square miles and provided service to over 7,500 customer locations.

In 2008, Todd and Bill along with David Kennedy, Keith Bergstrom and the wireless networking specialists on the Mesa Network team acquired Mesa’s network integration operations and launched 3-dB Networks. with the goal of using their extensive experience to help companies start, build, and maintain their own wireless infrastructure.
